Membership combines scheduled preventive work, system reviews, and one written record at a lower annual price than buying the equivalent eligible services separately.
A scheduled review can identify changing door balance, coating wear, loose storage hardware, failing seals, and finish deterioration before they become larger repairs.
One coordinated visit covers the enrolled systems instead of scheduling separate preventive appointments and paying repeated mobilization costs.
You receive a written condition and priority report that makes care, budgeting, future repairs, and property handoffs easier to manage.
A dependable residential garage door that needs one professional tune-up every 12 months.
The simplest way to keep a finished garage working, safe, clean-looking, and documented year after year.
Multiple doors, shared garages, managed properties, commercial spaces, and recurring maintenance needs.
Member Action Credit: The plan-specific discount applies once per membership year to eligible Garage Craftors corrective labor identified in the annual report and approved within 60 days. Annual caps are $75, $150, and $300 respectively. It excludes parts, materials, equipment, permits, taxes, emergency work, prior work, subcontracted trade work, and other promotions; unused credit has no cash value and does not roll over. How savings are calculated: Regular service value reflects the current non-member price of the equivalent eligible preventive services when scheduled separately. Membership savings do not include repairs, replacement parts, emergency service, recoating, repainting, permits, or new installations. Term: Each plan covers one 12-month term and renews only as stated in the written agreement. Pricing area: Rates shown apply to eligible, accessible systems in the Boston core service area. Travel, parking, unusual access, commercial conditions, additional visits, and initial corrective work may change the price.

Yes. The Member Action Credit provides 10% off eligible Garage Craftors corrective labor identified in the annual report and approved within 60 days, capped per membership year at $75 for Annual Door Care, $150 for Complete Garage Care, and $300 for Property Care. Parts, materials, equipment, permits, taxes, emergency work, prior work, subcontracted trade work, and other promotions are excluded.
No, unless a specific item is expressly included in the written agreement. Corrective repairs, replacement parts, new equipment, recoating, repainting, permits, and emergency work require separate approval.
No. The annual visit reviews the floor condition, wear, contamination, adhesion clues, texture, transitions, cleaning, and renewal timing. A recoat is separately scoped only when condition and compatibility support it.
Eligible walls, ceilings, trim, service doors, and garage-door finishes can be enrolled for annual condition review. Touch-up or repainting is quoted separately when renewal is justified.
Not always. Unsafe doors, failed coatings, active moisture problems, incompatible finishes, loose storage systems, or overdue repairs may need corrective work before preventive enrollment is responsible.
You receive a useful handoff separating completed preventive work, current condition, immediate priorities, renewal recommendations, care guidance, and the next suggested review window.
